Official claim verdicts ("Verified", "Debunked", "Under Review") reflect the editorial judgment of the KuwaRef research team based on publicly available evidence at the time of publication. Community voting percentages are a separate signal of public sentiment and do not constitute an editorial determination.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Platform, including the KuwaRef name, logo, and editorial content, is the property of Data Determinics unless otherwise noted. User-submitted comments and survey responses remain the property of their authors, who grant KuwaRef a non-exclusive license to display and analyze them.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, Data Determinics makes no warranty as to the completeness or reliability of any claim verdict and is not liable for decisions made based on Platform content.
